Cupcakes

Ingredients

125 grams soft butter
125 grams self-rising baking flour
125 grams granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Take the butter and milk out of the refrigerator ahead of time. Prepare the paper cupcake pans on a baking sheet.
  2. Dice the butter and mix until smooth. Then add the eggs and milk. Finally, add the baking flour and sugar and beat for 3 minutes until you have an even, fluffy batter.
  3. Fill the molds to about 2/3 full and bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check with a skewer to see if they are done. If the skewer stays clean, then the cupcakes are done.
  4. Let the cupcakes cool thoroughly before decorating further.
